I think this may refer to a future hope of more countries (as outlined by China, Africa, etc.) joining Comintern, which might be what he means by International Soviet. Comintern was the worldwide organisation that worked to help flowering Communist or pro-Communist type movements.

“Greetings to the Socialist Soviet Republics
Hey you rising workers everywhere greetings –”

And this would mean the radio addressing all of the new nations united under that Communism, the radio representing the organisation of the masses, the information reaching all of the workers (knowledge is power), and the propaganda whose positivity – you could say – sought to imbue people with the sense of the new age, hope, prosperity, etc., which Hughes also tries to convey in this poem.

no it is you you have misunderstood.
a break is a qualitative leap the NEW SYNTHESIS is called ‘new’ for the reasons you state,but also, as the term ‘ synthesis’ signifies, is a synthesis or understanding of Communist revolution up till now. Obviously in order for there to be a break or a leap, it needs to be a break or a leap from something. so yes, the New communism must be based on the NEW SYNTHESIS which alone has SYNTHESIZED the experiences of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin, Mao and AVAKIAN. You present a biased one sided reading of Avakian similar to the critique of the workers dreadought. this is a distortion of the teachings of the great BOB AVAKIAN.

however we are not willing to reply for a dogma- follower of revisionism anymore, but we feel obligation to enlighten the elements like you:
You claim that Avakianism or the “New Synthesis” is a new or fourth qualitative leap! you call Avakian or the New Synthesis as a continuation and development of Maoism. If this was the case, at most you would have the right to claim, how ever profoundly mistaken. But, this is not the case becasue, Avakian himself in his socalled Synthesis claims that he would rather prefer to argue for a break with Maoism than to continuation of Mao’s contributions. He calls for a New Commnism, broken from the past. He has left all the past achievements and argues that: A New wave, not based in Maoism or the past, but, A new start is in order. So, Avakian himself does not argue to continue Mao or Maoism. rather, he announces his break from all communist theoretical heritage, and clamism to be the champion of a new era. He calls for a break and not a qualitative leap of the ideology of the proletariat. He wanst to rebase communism. So, first, you must study the New Synthesis carefully and exactly. first have a profound study of that, then start to fight in favor of it. other wise, you are no more than a blind supporter of some thing. you have stood against Avakian while claiming that: New Synthesis is in continuation of Maoism.Avakain claims that: It is a break from Maoism and from all communist heritage! So, You still have the chance to break with new revisionism of a “qualitative Break” if you are really in favor of occurance of a “qualitative leap”

what can i do to convince people who reject science and dialectics and think in a one sided metaphysical way? For a start, if you are a Maoist, you are also a Leninist and a Marxist, and if you are a Leninist you are still a Marxist. However, Marxism, Leninism, Maoism are the three qualitative leaps in dialectical historical materialism. The RCP USA proudly proclaims that Chairman BOB AVAKIAN and the RCP USA have made a fourth historical qualitative break. accepting the NEW SYNTHESIS means accpeting marxism leninism maoism and AVAKIANISM or the NEW SYNTHESIS. So, Avakianists are at a qualitatively higher stage than mere Maoists like you. Gonzalo was a revisionist, Prachanda is a revisionist, BOB AVAKIAN is a revolution, the equal of Marx or Lenin in our time. It is up to you to accept this.
